Julie is a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist who offer services to adults from 20 years right through to older adulthood. She has expertise in a broad range of evidence-based therapies which she delivers with a warm, compassionate and empathic style. Julie places great importance on getting to know each client's unique needs and circumstances, while working side by side with them to help them achieve their goals.
Julie has a strong interest in the anxiety disorders, self-esteem/confidence issues, as well as post and antenatal depression. She also has a special interest in trauma, assisting people to process their traumatic experiences and re-build a sense of safety, stability, trust and self-worth. Julie is also highly experienced in the treatment of depression, self-esteem and relationship issues, clinical perfectionism, anger and stress, and emotion regulation difficulties.
Julie holds a First Class Honours Degree and was awarded the Australian Psychological Society Prize in 2008. Her research in the areas of Body Image and Disordered Eating has been published in a number of international journals and books.

Julie is an approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and can offer supervision for registrars wishing to gain endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

Sarah Bainger (Clinical Psychologist) BPsych (Hons). MPsych (Clin) MAPS
Sarah is an open-minded, compassionate and relatable Clinical Psychologist who offers services to adults (20+ years). She has a warm natured approach which allows clients to easily engage in the therapeutic process.
Sarah has gained clinical experience working across both the private and public sectors. She has a passion for working with adult clients, with particular interest in family work, including attachment and parental support, as well as ante/postnatal anxiety and depression. Sarah also has experience in working with adult clients experiencing depression, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and a variety of anxiety disorders (post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, health anxiety).
Sarah’s primary theoretical approach is an integration of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring to each client’s needs. She is also trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Attachment-based Therapy and Schema Therapy.

Michael is an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological services to adults (20+ years). Michael treats every client with dignity, respect and compassion while fostering growth, resilience and optimism. Michael’s goal is to provide clients with the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary to return to optimal functioning whilst identifying and enhancing their existing strengths and personal resources.
Michael has considerable experience across a broad range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress and the insomnias, while maintaining a special interest in trauma-related conditions and grief/loss experiences. A recently (2024) completed PhD in the field of nutritional psychology ignited Michael’s passion and understanding for the vital role that diet and nutrition play in supporting psychological health and wellbeing.
Michael uses a broad range of treatment modalities including, but not limited to cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and hypnosis.
